As in Medicine and Dentistry, there are specialists within the Chiropractic profession. In an effort to provide our patients at Active Health with the most comprehensive care, Dr. John acquired a Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology (DIBCN.)

Specialized Functional Neurology provided by Dr. John at Active Health includes integrated neurological solutions to persistent health concerns.  This includes observing subtle changes in your nerve system function, reviewing imaging and global health concerns to provide an approach other specialists may lack. This enables insights beyond the symptoms and toward discovering the underlying cause of your health concern, pain or disease. 

Safe and Effective

With an additional 300 hours of education, Dr John obtained the knowledge necessary to provide specialized functional neurological care. Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist requires an additional three years after completing the four-year Doctor of Chiropractic degree. The post-doctorate degree is conducted under the auspices of an accredited university or college that is recognized by the United States Department of Education. The functional neurological care provided by Dr. John at Active Health does not require the use of drugs or surgery both of which often carry high risk of serious complications or dangerous side effects.
